After you sign-up, we will send you a short form to complete in preparation for your kick-off meeting.

You and your partner will meet with a neutral mediator via Zoom where you will learn about the many options related to premarital agreements and explore your wishes and goals.

After your mediator creates an initial draft of your premarital agreement, you will each meet with your separate attorneys to review and discuss the draft agreement.

Title

The last phase is a final call with your mediator to make any desired revisions, review the final agreement, and notarize your signatures. All phases can be completed remotely.
