After nearly twenty years practicing family law, our founder Jennifer Rhodes created this unique program to help partners obtain high-quality mediation services at any stage. She is an expert in relationship structures and solutions.

Ms. Rhodes currently serves as a private mediator and settlement officer. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Harvard's Program on Mediation and Negotiation.
